Audition Video for Ghostality

 

As I write this, I hold a book  by none other than Oprah Winfrey herself. What is the title? The title is, "I Don't Believe in Failure". I have to say, neither do we. When one person wins a contest, we all win. But how awesome it would be for Ghostality to finally get the exposure it deserves. If I could type this and keep my fingers crossed, I would. But thank goodness for crossed toes. . .

We just made the audition deadline by the skin of our chinny chin chins my friends. As I raced to complete the extensive online interview form,  I couldn't help but dream big as I clicked the submit button of a lifetime.

 

It's no secret that our favorite talk show host will be giving her final shows in her 25th season. A lot of you grew up with Oprah, including myself. It is hard to realize such a successful show will no longer be available every evening after school or work. But I must say how wonderful a gift she has given us all with her time, dedication and charm.

 

It is no surprise Oprah is offering a contest for up and coming hopefuls such as Ghostality to take a crack and audition for a spot on her network. Ms. Winfrey has been a champion at philanthropic efforts as long as I can remember.  And the ending of her own show is no exception. We look forward to whatever the outcome of the contest knowing even if we don't win, someone will. Whoever is chosen is sure to entertain and be successful given Oprah is a role model for many of the contestants.

 

If you would like to see our audition video, I hope you get a chance to go to MYOWN.Oprah.com and vote for us. We really would appreciate your vote. We hope there is room for paranormal programming on Oprah's Network. And if we win, we'll be sure to show the same type of dedication as Ms. Winfrey. We are also excited that the possibility of sharing paranormal topics on a nationally syndicated television talk show would work wonders for people in need of healing after the loss of a loved one. The amazing results of countless investigations by amateur and professional ghost hunters has provided amazing hope for those who have lost a loved one.

 

Given the audition may take several days to be posted on the site, we'll give you a sneak peak of the clip right here on the site. We initially wanted to include footage shared with us by one of our members of an investigation at the old Spanish Military Hospital in the nations oldest city ST. Augustine Florida. Unfortunately, we were unable to do so given the media the file was on was beyond repair. However, our host was able to share a personal story of his father's passing within the clip. In fact, this experience was the motivation of all you see here on the website.

Thank you Mom for your patience as our camera tech in filming the clips for the audition. Also, thank you Gary for holding that light as long as you did. It really helped. Helen, I have to thank you and Dave as well for your kindness in offering our use of one of the clips. Even though we were unable to use the footage, we sure appreciate your kind gesture. You guys are so appreciated, it isn't even funny!
